    Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

    Shipping Origin All orders ship directly from our factory in Hui'an County, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China.

    Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly on the FedEx or UPS website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs authority for applicable rates before ordering.
